Expert Recruiter Joins Isagenix as Director of Field Development

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Nov. 1, 2005 - Today Isagenix International hired Larry Lantieri as the company's new Director of Field Development. Lantieri, who has worked full-time in the Network Marketing industry as a field distributor for more than 12 years, made the top position in three separate companies and was the number-one recruiter in two of them.
"I'm extremely excited to be part of the Isagenix corporate team," said Lantieri who has known and worked with co-founders Jim and Kathy Coover on several projects during the last 12 years.
"Larry is known as a team player and has developed systems, trainings, and mentorship-not just for his organization, but for everyone in the field," said Isagenix President and CEO Jim Coover.
Lantieri has personally recruited more than 1,000 people and has collectively brought in some 30,000 distributors into the industry. He was the record holder in one company for sponsoring 49 people in one month and 29 people over one weekend. His accomplishments also include building an organization that exceeded $1.2 million in monthly sales in less than one year. In addition, he has been on several distributor-advisory boards and has been asked to participate in corporate-strategic planning with several companies.
Not only have Lantieri and his wife Keri been featured on the cover of several industry publications, but they've also had articles written about their success.
